All Companies with 10 or more emplyees are now legally required to keep an accident book. In order to comply with the Data Protection Act the HSE has produced a new style of accident book, which will replace the old book. From 1st Jan 2004 all employers must be using the new style book which is now avaliable at Stocksigns
