Our Delivery Services

Orders for stocked standard signs received before noon will usually be despatched the same day. The majority of custom made sign orders will be despatched within 5 working days from receipt of order.

Priority Production Service

We offer a priority production service for standard signs in stock, including same-day delivery, timed and guaranteed next-day deliveries. For Premium delivery rates, export, Scottish Highlands and off-shore locations, please call the Sales Team on 01737 77 40 72 for pricing.

The same service is also available for custom made signs. If you need a custom made sign urgently, please contact the Sales Team who will be happy to help.


Signs can be purchased and/or collected at our on-site shop in Redhill, Surrey, which is open between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday-Friday.


We may be able to ship internationally – subject to quantities. Our Sales Team will be happy to quote for delivering signs to any country. Call +44 (0)1737 774072 to speak to one of our team.

Minimum order value

For orders placed by phone through the Sales Team, we operate a £50 minimum order value. However there is no minimum order value for orders placed online. All orders under £20 will be despatched by Royal Mail.

Delivery charges

For orders over £50 there is no charge for packing, delivery and insurance to most UK mainland postcodes. Orders are delivered by our trusted courier service.

Returns policy

We expect our products to meet your expectations, and will take all reasonable steps to ensure this.
However if for any reason you have to return products to us, you MUST use our Returns Procedure to assist us in prompt and accurate processing. To arrange a return, contact our Customer Support Team on 01737 77 40 72 who will talk you through the process and give you a returns reference. All rights reserved.

On certain returns a re-stocking charge may be applicable.

When contacting us to arrange a return, it would be helpful to have the following to hand:

  • Original order number
  • Details and quantities of products to be returned
  • Delivery address / postcode
